In Windows, there is a tool for Flash games called Cheat Engine which can speed up/down a process by X amount, making the time needed for a task in a game to go faster or slower than in the real world. 1) Open CheatEngine, and the flash game you want to edit. I'll be using Pandemic 2. 2) Whilst Chrome is selected, press Shift and Esc at the same time, this will open Chrome's own task manager.

1. Check if Flash Player is installed on your computer
2. Download the latest version of Flash Player
If you don't have the latest version, download it here: Adobe Flash Player download
3. Install Flash Player
After you download Flash Player, follow the installation instructions that appear on the download page.
4. Enable Flash Player in your browser
